Main Details: The project involved the renovation of 7 distillation furnaces and 4 reduction furnaces. All furnaces were of the shaft-type, externally heated design. The system consisted of a shaft-type heating furnace, air cooling system, exhaust system, water cooling system, feeding system, and main heating circuit.
Project Highlights: In 2014, the owner contracted our company to renovate the lining of the first distillation furnace. After the renovation, energy savings were achieved: a 15% reduction in energy consumption compared to before the renovation, and the heating time for an empty furnace was reduced by 3 hours.
